Senior Vice President
Dean joined Navitas in July 2014 as a Senior Vice President, Third Party division of Ultimate Financing , a Division of Navitas Credit Corp. Prior to starting Ultimate Financing, LLC Dean was the Executive Vice President of Credit, Collections, and Documentation and Funding at Axis Capital, Inc. Before his tenure at Axis, Dean was with GE Capital’s Tilden operation in Hauppauge, NY for over five years, in the role of Vice President / Senior Risk Analyst. While at Tilden he managed and originated a portfolio of leases in excess of a half a billion dollars. Dean Rubin has been involved with the lending industry since 1988, and has considerable experience in credit analysis, loan workout and recovery, and operational management. Areas of expertise include commercial leasing, commercial real estate lending and commercial banking. Dean earned B.A. degrees in Business and Psychology from Dowling College, graduating in 1988, and an MBA in General Management from Dowling College in 1995.
Alex joined Navitas in August 2014 as the Director of Credit and Senior Analyst for Ultimate Financing, a Division of Navitas Credit Corp. Prior to joining Ultimate Financing, Alex was employed as a Loan Officer / Credit Analyst with Axis Capital Inc. for three years. Alex Erickson earned a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln in 2011.
Jenny joined Navitas in August 2014, as the Funding Supervisor for Ultimate Financing, a Division of Navitas Credit Corp. Prior to joining Ultimate Financing, Jenny was employed at Axis Capital, Inc. for twelve years and earned the title of Documentation / Funding Supervisor. Prior to that, Jenny was employed as a Pension Trainer with The Principal Financial Group. Jenny Empfield received an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Administrative Assisting from Lincoln School of Commerce in Lincoln, NE.
Director of Credit
Kristi joined Navitas in August 2014 as the Director of Credit for Ultimate Financing, a Division of Navitas Credit Corp. Prior to joining Ultimate Financing, Kristi was employed as an AVP in Credit and Documentation and Funding at Axis Capital, Inc. for eight years. Kristi has sixteen years of experience in the finance and mortgage finance industries. Kristi began her finance career with both Conseco Finance and Superior Loan Center in Lincoln, Nebraska. Kristi Fraley attended the University of Nebraska- Kearney and Southeast Community College in Lincoln.
